But there's the speed nazis at work again.....He may well have been travelling at a reasonable speed, just it was wet. And as Clarkson said on top gear you have to be very careful with the power of that thing. I can slide and spin the wheels of me ol' xf ute if its wet :).
But typically they have to put how fast it is and how powerful it is to make out that its a fast dangerous car.....

Yeah Chalkie, order parts, probably pay up front, wait 6-12 months for them to turn up only to find half the parts are not what you ordrered, repair car then wait 90 days for the insurancs co to pay the bill. All in a days work really.
