Beer has to be cold:) warm beer makes me puke[xx(]. I have been banned from consuming jack daniels and southern uncomfortable:( I have a tendency to black out and not have a clue what trouble I cause and get into:D. Woke up in the local police station cells on a couple of occassions something to do with breaking a shop window cause it was shouting at me[:o)] was one of the occassions, it's a strange place that jack and southerns world:).
The only top shelf drink I have now is irish whiskey,Brandy,vodka not at the same time but one after the other is ok;)

I thought aussie rule football was another name for kick boxing:D, looks a right old tough game to me and a bit bloody[}:)] which is how rugby Doh I mean kick boxing Doh Doh and Doh I mean Aussie rules football should be and occassionally they chase after this funny shaped ball and kick it whats all that about :D
I have a vague idea how its played but it will be good to finally quosh all the shit and see how it realy happens :)

PS you'll love this Alfie, they play Aussie Rules on a round field [:0]. Get yourself over to Melbourne and watch a game live at the MCG one Friday or Saturday night, an average crowd is 30,000+ and it goes off. It's the biggest sporting event in Australia, every weekend of the season.

Because they kick some impressive distances, and carrying the ball is ok, but they have to bonce it off the ground every 10 metres. There's also the 'mark' where if a ball is kicked more than 15(?) metres and caught on the full the catcher gets a free kick, or play on if he chooses. The players leap off and at one another in some bone crunching collisions and height in order to catch a mark. They have 18 players a side, and the field is huge, especially in comparison to wogball (soccer).
There's 4 goal posts at each end, and getting the ball through the middle 2 = 6 points, between the outer 2 = 1 point (called a behind). The ball has to be kicked through the goal posts, and maybe punched (?). Passing the ball can only be done by 'punching' the ball. And they have no 'off side' rule, players are positioned all over the field.
I played Rugby Union in NZ up to local rep level, but find it quite boring to watch, Aussie Rules is much more exciting from a spectator point of view.
