the bike was picked up by a firm called SOS motorcycle recovery and i saw it in their yard the bottom half of the engine casings were ruined by the acid in the concrete . the copper was driving a desk for about a year then got quietly posted to an out of the way place. he used to hassle all the couriers outside smithfield market in the morning when we were having our tea. so we were devasted to lose him :}
