WTB: 17 by 4 or 4.5" rear wheel assy.

I need a rear wheel for my gpz. i measured up and i have 210mm between the caliper mount face and the LH inside swingarm face. or about 200mm from the outside of the disc to the outside of the sprocket. The wheel has to be between 4 and 4.5" wide and 17" dia. finally it would help if the disc was 250mm but this isn't a must. Thanks in advance,
