hi all,

finally getting around to fixing up the infamous oil leak my TLR has



the manual says to use this stuff

i was hoping someone might know what a suitable product i might be able to pick up would be (say a "Loctite" product etc)

I use ThreeBond Liquid Gasket White. Readily available from most bike shops. It works.

whats it do?

does it just stick that round bit of the gasket on?
cos i already have a new gasket

That part of the gasket are the plugs for the cam tunnels. They are notorious for weeping oil if you don't put some sealant on them. You could, theoretically use any type of sealant, but the ThreeBond stuff can be removed easily (unlike your generic silicon stuff).
