G'day hawksy thats a tough old schooler you got there.

Just a quick question - Is the chassis/sub frame bent? That rear view makes the bike look like its got a twisted frame... :D

Yeah, not too bad, it would have been good to see the 650 turbo motor in it though, it brought back memories of my brothers CX, one holiday back in the '80's we were to have met up in Broken Hill, I waited for a day or so and then left, meanwhile my bro was in the hospital with a broken collar bone and no skin on his arse... a sudden deflation of his rear tyre around a corner (wtf, corners out there!!)..... Anyway he eventually got back to Sydney a few days after us, he had fixed up his tyre and the bike by himself and ridden it all the way to Sydney with a broken collar bone, then he put the bike into a shop for repairs and the insurance company wrote it off, Swann I think.
Yeah, they are one tough old bike, and so's me Bro... no soft cocks in our family!

Oh, and one other thing, use a clip from a dog lead or something for the ignition key, you then just un-clip the key and stuff it in, saves having all that shit bouncing around on your top triple clamp wearing off the paint.

Cheers

those clip on look good...that little plate covering up the normal clamps is clever.
