A Kiwi and an Aussie meet a Genie and are each granted one wish.
The Kiwi tells the Genie "Build a wall and extend it around New Zealand to keep all the Aussie riff raff out."
His wish was granted.
The Aussie thinks a while and then asks the Genie
"So, it is a big wall?"
Yup.
"High?"
Yup.
"Goes right around New Zealand?"
Yup.
" OK..............
Fill it with water."
