Never done it myself, as long as you can get the chain clear of the rim and brake caliper stay you should be right.
I am sure this has been done by someone on here.
I will make a call today and find out if my Mate still wants it first.

Your right about the caliper stay. Maby it would look funny with an RGV front
but I wanted something to look good under that seat.
Mann I think to much my head hurts.
Any one got any idears??

It fits mate, although, as you say, you will need a new caliper hanger. Supercharger Mark did it to his around 3 months ago so it's fresh in his head if you want advice:
