You can buy large allen keys from engineer supplies like Blackwoods or bolt suppliers like Conventry or United Fasteners, be a lot cheaper than a genuine from a Honda dealer

Hey Catch, the quickest and easiest fix is to use 2 smaller allenkeys side by side. Just find 2 sizes that fit, it doesn't matter if one is bigger than the other. Give it a try, you'll see what I mean.;)

Grab a bit of bar and use ya grinder to wack some edges on it. She be right, Necessity is the mother of all fuckups.

LOL so true doc, so very true ;)

cutcats tip should work a treat tho.
also, all good tool shops carry allen key sockets from 3mm=>30mm [:O]
bought an 17mm for my kwaka swinger, costed 14bikkies, slapped on the end of a breaker bar, it worked a treat.

cheers.joe.

The busa front axle is similar, i welded a bolt with the correct size head onto a short bar , instant axle tool.

if i had a welder i would do the same, or if i had a bench grinder i would use a bar but im a bit short in the tools department, so i think i will just try the 2 allen keys and see how i go, or maybe buy a couple of allen keys..

Find the correct size bolt, buy a couple of nuts to suit, wind them down the thread to lock, put a socket on the end of a bar or even a big ring spanner over the nuts and apply some big ole streetfighter muscle. Be off in no time.

i just spoke to a mate and hes got one of the allen key sizes i need so i just need a 19mm allen key or bolt head or something, i might try what you said gibbo, i think ive got those bits lying around somewhere amongst the tools and bits.. cheers.. its good to see all the streetfighter do it yourself hints, i think my mate refers to it as the art of "jimmy", as in i'll jimmy something up..
