G'day, After a recent encounter with a tree, i am in need of a front wheel to suit a 02 GSXR 1000, have tried ebay and the like but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How bad is the front wheel can it be repaired or does it look like

Lol, no wheel doesnt quite look that bad. It is only slightly buckled. I have sent it away to Mike Warner wheels but he reckons they cant straighten it, he says eveery time they take the pressure off it it just springs back or something. I am in desperate need of a wheel tyhough as its been way 2 long since ive had a ride..

Try taking it to another repairer, i have had several done with no problems, the worst had pushed one of the spokes into the hub a little & they couldn't get it within 1mm and didn't charge me.
I couldn't feel it at all at any speed.

What if u get a rear wheel thats buckled the other way. Wouldn't that even things out??
