Hi guys, didn't see a specific "new members" section, so thought I would dump this here.
My name is Russ, I am a youngster from Sydney, and I am loving looking at what you guys can do to your rides.
I have a 96 1200 Bandit (see pic) and a 94 YZF600R track bike. The Bandit is pretty stock, just has a pipe/filter, noice mirrors, bar end weights, braided lines, HH pads and tricky suspension front and rear. I don't have many grand plans for it at the moment, I still use it to get to and from work - plus I don't have the time or the money to spend big. But it is great fun all the time!
But this place is like window shopping... I love seeing any of the big Suzis, some of the 7/11's make me wanna rip out the angle grinda and have a go!

sorry to be the bearer of bad news
but unfortunately 1200 bandits are not allowed to be converted into fighters
mainly to do with suzuki now declaring them collectors items :D

Welcome Russ, seeing an unmolested Bandit like that brings a tear to my eye and sparks a flood of one wheeled memories.

About the only bike in the last ten years I was smart enough not to fuck with....much.

Not racing this year, just track days. Wanna race "new era" next year and also "retro" (classes for bikes pre 1995).

I was wondering too.... Don't think I'll be at straightliners :( Poor apprentice wages.... How is your beast (Gixxer), presume the Bimota is clean and straight? Catcha later.
