Has anyone here bought one of these video cameras? Its straight to digital media so it shouldn't really be affected by bumps and is quite cheap and compact so I thought it would make a good little camera for recording some road movies :D

It is quite cheap tho and i've always been a firm believer in you get what you pay for... Sounds too good too be true.[?]

I get a bit of stuff from dealsdirect now & again - they are usually pretty good quality. It's a bit like shopping at Aldi - the product is ALMOST the same as a name brand but the price is better....

looks like you still need to buy an SD card with only 64mb of on board memory. they arent as exxy as some cards, but the SD card of a decent capacity will set you back a bit.

A one gigabyte sd card only costs about $20.

Yeah picked up a microsd with an sd adapter, 2GB for $40 of the bay. Not exy at all.
