the old kats sporting a new set of colours after going down the road about a year ago, this is the cosmetics off one of my other bikes ! The old tank will have a new fuel cap put inplace of the old( a bit like old mates from the previous post) which will be cut out to get access to push the dents out, I like the Black but I`m going to replace the yellow with Gold
The stator and covers needed replacing along with Guages, I stuck with the GSXR look inkeeping with the street fighter look...and Kat ones are near impossible to find at the right price !

Yeah unfortunately there off a Honda CBR 1000- Not my doing !,this bought a challenge of running the speedo drive off the primary drive sprocket ,I didn`t build the bike originally .Theres things I like about it and a lot I don`t,The Guy I bought it off fell on hard times and it was a hard decision for him to sell it.I was in the process of building one similar to this so at the time I thought it would be a head start on my project. The only good thing about the crash was that it gave me the oportunity to individualize it to my way. There will be a few frame mods coming up,remounting the front pegs and cutting off the rear and going solo will help the budget ,having more than one katana registered causes a strain on the family budget!. Theres original photo`s of the bike back on page 17-ish (Busta`s Kats) before I put it down the road, I blame the Honda bits for that !

nice bike man. thats one bike that the boxy 80s style still really looks good on. would look sweet with either white rims, or black rims with a yellow or gold accent ring!
