Wanted. Katana left side cover.

As i had the bad luck of having the left side cover ( the one with the choke control) fly off [V] on my first pass at the drag shootout, im in the market for another one, silver would be handy ;).I just got a e-mail from the strip saying they found the cover on monday, but someone ran over it and its gone to the "gods of speed" :( See photo below.

I think I remember someone telling me the 250 ones fit (??). If so, the import guys might have new spares?...They're silver, too.

You can still buy them new from Suzuki, and will come already painted silver.

how much are body bits from suzuki?

are they reasonably priced?
i had a few bits fly off meself

OEM parts are always a rip off.i got quoted $1215 for a standard oil cooler from Suzuki,then rang Stu and got a HEL Billet cooler with braided lines for $666. EEEVIL.

Actually the Katana parts i bought were reasonably priced... those 2 square pod things just under the fairing were about $35 if i remember correctly

Good news and bad news :D [V] they have 4 covers in stock for $115.00 each :D but no choke handle [V] Pick the cover up next week :) then my life will be complete again [^] ;)

New cover fitted, total of $120. Just no choke sticker in stock. :)
