Tony i havent raced for 15 years [8D] maybe i should have kept it a secret , the first run i do they will proberly be able to time it with a sun dial ;)

One of the last runs I ever did up a strip was a terrible 11.01 at 134mph :(
And was the most fun i've ever had there :D
168hp Bandit, Standard wheelbase with Renthal bars.
Front lifting in 1st 2nd 3rd and an "IM GOING TO DIE" front-end shake in 4th.

Better make it 2 sun dials, 1 each ;)
There are a lot of fast guys on Busa's that will make me look fairly tame I recon.

Who cares?

Stock Busa v 7/11 ? ;)

I sold my R1 about two months ago and i'm on the lookout for a new ride. So I'm waiting on a few bastards to pay me and scrounge all my money together to see what I can buy;)

Ok here is the GO, there is a Streetbike shootout Saturday August 5th, gates open 1.30pm runs from 2pm until 4pm then regular TnT from 4.30pm.

I just got off the phone to Willowbank Raceway and the costs are $45.00 per entrant this inc rider and another person so its $22.50 each. That includes the Test & Tune later. You dont need to book or prepay, just turn up at around 1.00pm to get a good spot. so thats racing from 1.30pm till around 11pm 9 1/2 hours thats bloody cheap. Ill be trailering my bike there and would like someome to give me a hand for the day, ill pay the $45.00 so if anyone wants a free day at the drags let me know

Should be there Oz, has been a long time coming, I think June was the last one.
Its definately good value, as many runs as you like and plenty of people to help you out if you need it.

You will be GUARANTEED a great time. You're spot on Shayne it has been a long time coming but we can only do what we can do. Hopefully more regularly this coming season.

Hey papa smurf good to see you here. Ill be at Willowbank this Sat night for the T&T just to see how i go and get a little time on the strip to try and sort a few things out. Then again on the 5th Aug for the streetbike shootout and T&T. Im pretty sure Tony will be there this Sat nite maybe a few more could turn up, im taking my bike up on a trailer so ill have room for 1 maybe 2 more bikes if anyone from the Gold Coast is interested, same goes for 5th Aug. The more the better.

Hey Oz, your simpson should be ok as long as it's reasonably new.
The weather is looking pretty fucked though, long drive for us just to get rained out.
Will be checking the weather radar before leaving home that's for sure, and if it is wet i've got plenty to keep me busy in the garage
like painting our new tow bike.
I'll post pic's of all of our beasts when i get them all looking presentable.
