this is a cut and copy from an email i have sent to optus not 5 min ago... interesting to see there reply!! :D

the farking cahns are bloody useless...


well after being on hold for near 2 FUCKING HOURS, after being answered almost instantly by your general enquiries department, your fucking cancelation department blows the donkey harder then your grandmother!!! FFS!!

im writing this letter to inform you that i dont want your fucking shitfull DSL or dial up OR phone service any bloody more, your pathetic services are useless, and i wish to have all my current OPTUSNET AND PHONE services cut off once my DSL contract is up. ive had a gutfull

so can someone have the fucking decency to email me back?? or will you just see that i dont want the services anymore, and not give a shit, like your phone counterparts??!

my instructions are clear!

CUT OFF MY DSL, DIAL UP AND PHONE SERVICES WHEN MY DSL CONTRACT TERMINATES!!

seeing as the phone customer service is horrid, i hope those of you that read this email shall act on my request.

they are open from Mon-Fri 8am - 8pm. Queue times can vary but are generally shorter
between midday and 3pm.

yeah bullshit midday and 3pm.... I guess no one there takes lunch... haha.... There just setting you up for another 2 hours in the phone queue.. ring them at 745pm... and when they disconnect you at 8pm, lodge a complaint to fair trading.. Your account will get canned with in days.. :-)
