i would recommend making a list of all the parts u think u need to fix it
factor in a straightening session cos it'll be twisted from the looks of it

then double that price

anyways, assuming it not stuffed i would say u could fighter it and get it on the road for less than $8 000
depending on who u know ;)

from the amount of damage to it i would say it is a writeoff and has had the tags removed (good for parts, track only bike) i would speak to the seller and find out,

it might not have even gone through insurance and is fucked and even the seller doesnt know, microfractures at stress points and such like,

i would be very wary of bying a bike in this cond from a private seller on ebay as it could well turn around and bite you on the arse further down the track
