Just found this site today and I thought that I'll show you a pic of my former bike which I sold two months ago. At the moment I'm building another one but right now it's only a bare frame and I don't have anything to show of it yet.

Hey Perkele, welcome aboard mate. Love the shape of that bike. Nice mix. I'm guessing the orange tyres were out of a can? How long did they last as that colour before it wore off?

Welcome aboard Perkele. Nice bike, I'm assuming the current project will be bigger and better.

You can buy "coloured" tyres back home.
Orange / Green / Red etc.
They tend to look a little dull as they wear.
Not sure where from without doing a "google"
but the name.. TOMAHAWK springs to mind.

Fair enough. The colour didn't look uniform enough in certain areas, that's why I thought it was out of a can!

Dave Coates set the "feet up Donuts" record
(20 in under 1 minute) using them, although thats
not really a good advert for grip !!!!! :D:D:D

Thanks for all comments. Tyres are Tomahawks and they are a bit hard to keep clean as you can see from the picture. My next project is exactly same kind of Gsxr, only one year newer (-92).

If your new project is going to be
anything like your gix in the pic
it'll be a nice bike mate.

How far along is the new project mate? Got any progress shots? What happened to the bike above, still going strong as it was or have they played with it??

I see no reason to bend over in front of any man,not just Sven.:D

Anyway, new project is in it's starting point,I have now bare frame with subframe cut out.

Old bike is still going strong without any modifications.
