TTR600 late 98 '99' model.

625cc overbore & weisco piston, staintune pipe, fully ported head, lowered/goldvalved front paoli's, gold valved Ohlins rear (lowered), san remo rims. Still have another spare front hub. Have spare 21L Acerbis tank and stock 10L (red/black).

No reg, still needs some carb tunning, may want some new side pannels (I cut them right back), a little loving as I have not even kicked it over from the rebuild yet - so barnd new pistons valve guides, spings and headwork. Has a 320mm disc adapted but have not got the disc yet.

It is taking up room so I was going to flog it off for only about $3k - you cant even buy a set of wheels, rubber and disc for that. If ya interested let me know.

It has been regod in NSW, I just let it run out about 3 years ago. It still has speedo, but would need a few things on it (blinkers). Look if necessary I could get it Blue slipped.

I can take some pics tomorrow and post. I was gonna just use it as a fun track bike!

[:p]very nice , so what size rims are those? , i see the 'c of g' of the bike hasnt been changed to much[just forks lowered or has a shorter rear spring been fitted ], is that the standard front hub? motard here we go..;)

chadams

The rims are 4.25 rear and 3.5 front, both 17inch..

speeddemon

The rear spring isnt shortened - the shaft gets shortened 5mm which through the linkage drops the bike rear by about 2.5 inches. For those interested, the stock height will want to drop away from you in corners, cause they are so twitchy but lowered it feels so stable its unbelievable.

Just put the twin Mikuni flatslides on large!

This is my '02 XR 650 R I put together a while back, [}:)][:p]
Victorians would probly have seen it somewhere coz I used to take it to all the major M/C events (WSBK, GP, World Motards at Broadford, M/C expo, etc)
I sold it about a year ago in enduro trim so I still have the RGV wheel setup (now fully polished) to go in my '97 XR 600 when I get around to repairing the subframe (I flipped it) [V]:(

I had heaps of laughs on the 650, with road gearing It'd do a genuine 190 kmh, wheelied in all the gears & was untouchable through the Spurs. Motards are awesome fun, not too practical but who gives a fuck? :D
I think it's time to fix the 600. ;)

Pretty cool...even for a Hunda TK :)

My mate's got an XR650 motard that's been "Ballarded" whatever that means. It is loads of fun on the back lanes.
