Hey Guys - just wanted to introduce myself and show a few pics of my '03 SV650. It's not much of a "streetfighter", but I hope to take it further in the future. Right now it's got:

05 GSXR 750 Front End
05 636 Rear Shock
Full Throttle Inc. Billet top clamp
Renthal FatBars
CRG shorty levers
Dual Lights with windscreen
Speigler Brake Lines
M4 Exhaust
Corbin Seat
Power Commander
K&N Filter
Veypor
LED Blinkers

I really love the streetfighter look, and hope to make my bike a little more "extreme" in the future. Let me know what you guys think! :D

Neil

Hey Mate. Welcome aboard. I've just worked out why that looks so good (apart frpm the front end conversion of course). It's the black protector thing you've got wrapped round the tank. Maybe not the physical thing itself, but a band of black around there (maybe followed up under where the Suzuki badge is as well) really makes the tank look smaller and tilts the whole thing forward. Good work. You might have to paint it that way mate? Get that back wheel black as well and polish the frame or something and you've got one top looking bike mate.

has it been dyno'd?

i'd give it at least 73hp at the rear with those mods and the injection

Welcome aboard Scary.

Top job with the SV, looks very neat, got trick parts on it. That makes it a fighter in my books.

um, did the forks drop the front a bit?

just eyeing up the GSXR750 forks i have here (i think 03?)
they seem about 15-20mm shorter

Hey Guys - thanks for all the compliments!

Future mods:
Definitely some paint... I like the blue, but it's just not custom enough
I'd like to do something with the tail... some kind of chop, but I'm not sure what yet (maybe some kind of custom tubular subframe?)
The rear wheel WILL be getting painted or powdercoated
Maybe a few other small things, but that's the majority of what I want to do.

No dyno yet... I'd be pretty happy if it put out 73 though!

I think the front end is a little shorter. For some reason I never took the time to measure both forks (I think I was too excited to get it all installed!), but it definitely turns in quicker now because of the changed geometry.
