No photos yet but spotted at Brighton Kawasaki Melbourne,
1993 ZXR750 M1 33,000km asking $4,700.
If I remember correctly, these were the world superbike homologation specials - 10 only into Oz. Al tank, single seat, flatsides, etc etc.
35 were imported into Australia.
Only 1100 1993 ZXR750 M1 were made by Kawaski.
It formed the basis of the bike used by Scott Russell to win the World Superbikes in 1993.
Just some trivial info for you, if I had the cash to splash, I'd pick it up.

There's gotta be a catch, damaged? mega Ks? not genuine? racebike?
That should be worth more like $8k

Got to agree with you on "where's the catch"?
I have not seen the bike and they've yet to post the pics on bikesales.com.au
I suspect it is the same one that was advertised privately for months. From memory (ie read "I may be wrong") but it was a bastardised ugly blue looking thing.
