rexie raced the sidecar at wakefield park today and took home first place trophy.:D

i will have to do it during the week but devo was there racing and he has seen it so he can vouch for me. i got first cause there were only two post classic outfits there and the other one did a gearbox so we had it in the bag. easy win. i would like to thank all the other outfits that didnt turn up.

they are hell fun to ride, the workshop that i do part time work at has one set up as a ute type thing for picking up bikes, i ride it every opertunity i get

Hey Clive, I'm glad you added that bit about the Gixer hitting an embankment at 200, or else I wouldn't be suggesting you to any of my mates for bike removals with that kind of loading!

gix got photos of it once unloaded if you intrested, its a mess, tore the rim of the hub of front wheel etc
bought the bike for the motor after putting a conrod through mine

its my mates that im racing he was at macksville on the blackbird. chris. he has been down to broadford for a meeting and is keen to go again so if they run the sidecars there i will be keen to come along turbo. should have photos in a few days.

the wheel turned up today clive. thanks heaps for that now i can get the ttr motarded hopefully. as i said some friends took the pics but as i live in newcastle and they live in canberra and sydney i have to wait for them to post them to me. i want to see them just as much as you do.

Yeah Rexie, the boys are always racing the outfit at Broady, they do all the historic meets there.
If we can get the two of yous together on the grid, I'll swing for Ben & we'll have an unofficial ASF Swingers race - no, wait, that didn't sound right :( - you know what I mean. ;)

How's thomas still off his fucken tree from the exhaust fumes
If you ever need someone to monkey for you if your guys aren't
available give us a hoy.
I managed to finish 2nd overall behind the FZR1000 but not
before a massive highside on my last race when it started raining
at half race distance but I managed to save it and carry on to
still finish 2nd, FUCK 10% riding skill 90% holding on for sheer
life and Shittin My-self.

he was shaking at the end of the day but he should settle down soon but if he cant make it i will give you a yell. well done on your second. simon said it was slippery he nearly had on off as well im just glad i had the last race before it rained otherwise thomas would have looked like he was having a fit. and he doesnt get any of the fumes. i have been swinging off it myself and i didnt get any either. see you at oran.

Got my tyre warmers now :), all I have to do is sort out the adjustments on my suspension, anyone got a front stand I can have cheep.
Just to help out a struggling old racer.
My plan now is to beat Micko's FZR1000 hopefully now I have the
warmers I can go a bit harder from the start ;).

we wont be racing the sidecar at oran onb the 28th as the superbikes are on in w.a. so the f1 and f2 sidecars are going there so that doesnt leave enough for them to have a sidecar class. i will be there to help chris out though if any one still wants to go. its a fun day.:D
