Ben, your web site seems to be down so I'll ask here.

I have a piar of "Braking" wave rotors. One is excellent and one is loose on it's rivets.

I'm guessing the loose one isn't straight either.

Given that you make rotor I was wondering is , can you re rivet it and machine it if needed ?

Thanks
:D

I won't be dealing with Rod at Awesome anymore, I dropped a set of floaters in recently for surface grinding & he quoted me $50 each + GST, they were .1mm undersize when I took them to him which I told him, I assured him that they were going on a non registered, track only bike so no dramas with legality.
After wasting my time making two trips out there when he told me they would be ready, on the third trip (over 2 weeks late) he wanted to charge me $75 each + GST because he reckons they are harder & more time consuming to grind if they're undersize - what a load of bullshit, he was just trying to milk more money out of me.
I've dealt with him on & off for years, but since his accident, he seems to have become quite bitter & developed an attitude.
From now on I will have all my disc work done by Planet Discs (which his Father owns) & talking to the trade, it seems like I'm not the only one.

Gsxar, the wave disc's look great. Am I reading it right, it was $500 to get the (provided) three disc's cut?

Cheers Rich

Looks good Jo, if you're still interested in getting your engine painted give me a call. Tell Ross that I've spoken to the guy about getting that front fairing back and will have it soon. By the way we're free now on the 3rd if it's still on?
