my bike will be at the ASF stand, and i'll be there to help fly the flag and cook the chips.no burnouts for me anymore...too much bling to damage when the tyre blows

If people are going up from Melbourne, would they be interested in riding up together?

Alternatively, I was thinking of training the bike there and then riding home.....

We'll be there.
Got to work out some logisics though like where i can leave my trailer etc, as we'll probably have to take the bike down Thursday night.
I'll also have to do some touch ups & re-sticker, the monster's lookin a bit shabby at the moment. (new body work would be great);)
Another thing too, it'll take up a heap of room with the bars on & just doesn't look right without 'em,,is this ok?
I'm also stuffed for time off due to taking holidays for the nationals later in Sept. so can't be there at all friday or on saturday morning, so can someone keep a REAL good eye on it?
Rick

..........which would be now.

First of all I just want to say a massive Thank You to all the guys who made the effort to come and help me out in the shittiest weather we've had in months, and who smiled the whole time! I still wish I had seen Des' face when he came through the gate and saw that mud, that must have been great. A massive thanks to the Little Monster racing team for the use of their marquee and tarps, Wronger from Sloth Industries for letting us tap into their power, Supercharger Mark for showing up in the pissing rain on the first day and showing us how to slide it through 4 inches deep of muddy water (and also finishing my light brackets a few days before the show), Chris for flying from Sydney to hang out with us lads, Davo for getting that ute through the mud, getting every girl that walked past into a photo and all the kiddies bike modification he did at the barbie, Shayne for the barbie and full effort, and of course, our very own promo Girl - Robby Williams.

Anyway, here's the shots.

Robby helps me clean the bike the night before the show with his special polishing mask:
