I bought a set that look EXACTLY the same as them last night from K-Mart for $19.99.
Seroiusly though, you CAN'T polish those beautiful CNC marks out mate, that looks dead trick [:p]

Beautiful work Deano.
Have you got a ballpark $ figure?
If everything else was the same dimensions, could the machine be setup to cut for different diameter forks?

Give us a cost mate (for a set to fit some USD forks) and I'm in. Wanted a set for the other bike.

Hmmm
I'd be up for a set dependent on cost and maybe one of them clutch windows.
If ya trust a Noob :D to deal with.
Have Fun

the jig that was made for this set (k series gsxr) cant be changed easily.
if an adjustable jig was able to be made then you could make any ford dia and spacings.
I only have to change the fork dia and the offset in the solidworks drawing and then every other deminsion will change to suit.
at the moment i have got drawn up early gsxr USD.
the set pictured is made to use the early stem (25mm top bearing 30mm bottom bearing) so that way i you can use the newer k series front end and still retain the orignal bearing sizes
this set is quite expensive @ $1100.00. but as we no quantity is king so the more i make in a batch run the cheaper they are to sell.
I can easyly modify my solidworks design and come up with a cheaper set if demand is there.
if I could come up with a set of USD gsxr triples for about $600-$700 would there be more intrest?

The clutch windows are still on the go
i have faxed and emailed the engineers drawing to 3 different people for quoting.
i haven't heard back form any of them and it has been about 6 weeks.
i call them each week and get the run around.
the guy that made the first one hasn't even bothered to quote it.
rexie - it may be sooner than you think.
