I'm flying out on the 25th arrive 26th Heathrow fly Manchester. Fly IOM 27th. Bartender give me a guinness please. Fuck the ferry. Fuck the hire car. Passenger all the way. We'll be there for the practice week and race week. Mad Sunday on anything I can find. Yee Hah!

London city airport ,euro manx ,24/05 last time I was on the steam racket ferrie there was more spu than i ever want to see again ,it was nearly a life form, it moved like one..

I get to Heathrow on the 14th May and then head over to Cheltenham where I'm staying. We are foot passengers on the ferry so the only way to stop the sickness is to hit the beer (at 3 in the morning!) bring it on..........

I will try and get Frank to give us a meeting point on a certain day before I leave Aus so we have that as a pencil date for a meet up. We are there for the weekend of the main races only (and still have no idea what campsite they are shoving us in). If any of you guys going don't have ASF T-shirts (or any other ASF gear) - a) you should be ashamed of yourselves and b) you should get some so I can spot the ASF guys when I'm there and say hi. I'll be wearing ASF shirts throughout. Look for the pissed bloke.

i'd say jaks{think thats the way its spelt} bar on the prom would be the best place and move on from there,say at 7ish on both evenings.

I arrive on the Island at about 6.30am on Mad Sunday - ferry from Heysham at feckin' 3am!:(
There til evening of Wednesday race week, but trying to extend to Thursday.
Going to be working but planning on having more than one or two beers while I'm there. Not got accomodation sorted 100% yet (hmmm) but will deffo be in Douglas on Mad Sunday evening, and at Ramsey Sprint on Tuesday...
Spart, Exile will recognise me, will have AFR teeshirt on for at least one day. And will probably be on my sheddy old Slabsider 750...

If your taken a mobile phone you can get a sim card there to use.. as roaming rates from Aussie cost You to recieve and make calls at a higher rate than calls made from Manx telecom prepay cards, Costs 10 quid and have 10 quid of calls on it texting is cheaper to ...manx telecom shops or pronto mobile and some local stores ..

Trying to book a train to liverpool for the ferry and i've got to go via northampton and birmingham so its going to take 5 fucking hours.

most of the weather reports show its clear over iom so fingers crossed

Maybe you should have flown from London to the Isle of man from London city airport, probably would have been cheaper than the combined costs of train and ferry and a fuck sight quicker.
