Sounds like just turbo and headers to me. Rejetting to suit higher psi is pure bullshit. Ask him some questions, this could be fun.

Most times mild psi (up to 15 psi) you dont need to rejet, thats the biggest mistake most people make. If your building a Blowthrough Carby turbo system forget about rejeting for a start. You must run your fuel pressure above your boost pressure or all you will do is blow the fuel back into the tank. To do this you need a fuel pump that is capable of maintaining fuel pressure above psi produced by the turbo. Thats where a rising rate fuel regulator comes in. You set your fuel pressure regulator to run around 3psi above your boost pressure at idle, then as engine speed increses so does your boost pressure created by the turbo, the rising rate fuel pressure regulator will keep the fuel pressure above the psi produced by the turbo and therefore keeps fuel in the carbs. You also need to pressurise the carbs but thats another subject. If there is enough interest ill do a complete write up inc diagrams and excatly what you need to buy and where to get them at the best prices. ill also inc what turbos are best for 750cc - 1300cc motorcycle engines.

Yeah, I though of you when I saw it.
Strange as it may seem there are several Turbo and
Supercharger kits available for 250's. Mostly it Japan
although I think the USA use them in 250cc Mini-car racers.
