R1 exhaust valve

Just want to know if i take out the exhaust valve
from my 01 r1 will it make a difference
to the power,will i lose power.
also do any of you know where i can get the headstock bearing
numbers cos if i order them from the shop it will
cost about 60 euros and if i have numbers i can get them myself for about 25 euros.

i have heard that you need to leave an EXUP servo plugged in or else it stuffs up, but apart from that it's only a minor dip in power low in the rev range. i've never ridden one so i can't tell you how bad it is, but hope that helps a bit.

Thanks Stocky,was going to take it out but now
its going to stay in.

i removed my mainjets from my carbs and it went like stink.
also removed the exhaust valves from my lawnmower once and it wouldnt start
