There was one of those in Canberra in the late 80's, along Barry Dr, outside the Uni.

Don't remember what the bike was, litre + Jap, hit the side of the ambo, square on at about 180, rolled the ambo, killed the number two guy, and he came out the back doors, quite dead.

The rear doors of that ambo don't look as damaged as you'd think
