i make em. for $30, i'll do a couple of sets for couple of different ride heights, so you can play till your happy. i'll need the original length between the bolt holes and the holes diameters as well.

What do you make them out of, Joe?

6mm steel, pretty much direct replacement for stock.

been using them on my own bikes for over 70,000km. no issues. i laser cut them myself at work, the laser cutting process does also hardening them up a little due to the heat applied.

May be a naive question but what are dog bones exactly?

Hey CrazyMofo can you do bent dogbones? The ones on the 9 bend around the shock, kinda like this

(fuck I hate software that auto edits entries)

What ya get from the butcher :D

They are part of the rear suspension, they link the frame, swing-arm and shock, and give a rising rate to the suspension movement (on monoshock systems), have a look at your manual, or the bottom of the shock on your bike.

i dont believe dog bones will work on your bike because the linkage mount on the arm is above and the linkage goes down next to the spring. atleast this is how it was on my 95 arm.

the stock linkage was about 9" hole to hole i believe, mines not on a gsxr but its 11.5" i think, i dont remember exactly. Your best bet is to have crazy make you a set with a few holes and some extra length at the bottom.

you'll need some spacers as well:D to push the dog bones past the shock...
i learnt that the hard way :D
