Surely the lip on the sprocket carrier should be sitting flush inside the hub thou even without the cushes??? This is my first attemp at striping/rebuilding a wheel and im flying blind without a manual with only my Bandit as reference [?]

Aparently there are 2 types of sprocket carriers, i need the skinny one that takes 10mm thick cush's.....sortid;)

Well they obviously dont match [V] It's possible the wheel might have been machined down on the cush drive side to move the chain line?? I guess you'd need to see the cush rubbers of both models to work out if that's happened (or check if they're the same part number).

so just machine down the bits that sit in the rubbers.
