:Dok probly a silly question ,but with the jap tl1000s donk ,with the inletresrtictions do they just pull out/un-bolt??
there is this one im looking at egay

is there anyone in clayton that may be able to look at it for me ,if i go ahead with it ??
or have you seen an engine somewhere maybee or even a trashed tl1000s cheeap that is only good for engine and some parts ???

I think and someone maybe able to confirm you can either just fit your inlet rubbers if they are open or cut out the restriction on with a blade/die grind .If/when you do find a new motor what ya guuna do with the fucked one? Just running some idea through me head and was gunna try and find a flucked TL motor to size up and see about mount points etc

ah that looks like a good way to see wat it looks like ??cheers yella .

going by the prices of tl donks thses days ill be keeping the old one for parts ,with all the work at me new job running the workshop i just dont have the time to pull apart the donk and rebuild her !!
so im going to buy an other and popthat in and then when i have the time pull apprt and modify yeh .

ill tell ya what thou mate when ive chenged it over you can borrow the old one to get youre measurements?? but ill want it bak lol
