Pick ups?
on my gix 11, it would misfire every now and then when warm. The pick ups would over heat, replaced those and all good.

Control box on betty did itself in on my way to AFR10 would run fine till 6000rpm then the as the timing circuit kicked in it ran like shit backfired and was a general pig , below 6000 was fine. Was a dry solder joint in the box (potted and a shit to fix)

I found my issue by just swapping out the box with a know good one, then stripped the dead one and fixed it. Tricky and Looking back i'd not bother to fix another but just make another from a kit or buy from the net.
