dunno bout R1's but the 2001> cbr600s etc if u lose the key and u dont have the master key the ecu is useless to ya the key is coded to the ecu .....600 quid from mister honda

$1500 for keyed ECU,but if it's not a stat write off you can NOT buy 1 from Yamahahaha.Only hope is a guru from mister minute who can reprogram your key/computer to suit.Which is rare as rockin horse shit.Failing that i have a mate who..........oh shit,thats only available to full members sorry.
