Don't be scared of the fucker just pick it up ......and another thing if you only open the tank to feed it ,,,,it will get to know that the tank gets opened and food comes in ...try handling it for a while and then feeding ....I never had any trouble with mine biting

Is yours a Jungle as they are notorious biters when young and or not handled, little kunt still makes me jump when he strikes even though his head is as big as my thumb, not scared of him but he gets jumpy then I get jumpy, I might stuff his next mouse with weed that will calm the little nigga down.

Jungles are awesome little carpets. I only have 3 now, I used to have heaps. The ones I have now are 2 balck and whites and a black and gold Palmerston. All are placid and never bite.
Redmowhawk, yours is still here and also a non-biter.
Dylan, if you wanted to make the enclosure more "natural" looking you could use expandafoam and shape it then paint it so it looks a bit more like a part of the bush.
