530 or 630 chain for Katana

replacing chain on the kat
i think the one on there is a 630

is that the same as a 530 just without the o-rings?

I think you'll have to change the sprockets too, if you wanna go 530.

630 and 530 very different 3/4 against 5/8 pitch.
New 530 chain and sprockets Fimp.
630 only if you desperately want originality.

not 100% sure but I think all the gs range is the same just chose that one for a quick reference.

When i did the 530 on mine the spline size on the front sprocket is the same as an 88 gsxr750. don't know about the rear as i put the gsxr wheel in too.

i'd love to do that sort of thing, but no time/money atm
think i will just bung on a 630 chain from the states
