Early GSXR wheel into bandit forks???

Hey kids!
Got a set of B12 forks and im thinkin about puttin in a gixxer front wheel so it'l match the spokes of the rear wheel im using in my gsx.
Whats gonna be the dramas with this? Is it just disk spacing? Or is it far too much effort to worry about?
Any advice would be gr8! Also if it'l work n someone has one they want to part with, let me kno!

I don't know myself but the only issue I see is the size of the disc bandit is bigger than gixxer and also axle may be a prob but I'm sure some different bearings will fix that

Could u see a reason the bandit disc wouldnt work on the wheel? Are the bolt patterns different?

Not sure mate I just reread your post and your using an early gsxr wheel ........so might be pretty easy

I put a set of Gixxer ('91? or thereabouts) 750 USD forks in Brother in Laws Bandit.

Used Bandit front wheel but had to use the Gixxer discs as the offset of the bandit disc was more (wider)and didn't fit the 750 triples width

Otherwise everything else was OK diameter was not an issue, Bandit calipers etc.

Bandit discs have 2.5mm or 3.0mm less offset the GSXR discs.

I'v got nothin except the forks, front axle n wheel spacers off the bandit at the moment Kev. Wanted to know if it was a viable option or not before i went blowin my cash on a wheel!

PM sent I've also got some bandit & slingy discs, slingy discs may not be the best but the Bandit ones are good.
