Have heard it's hard to do, but was hoping to do something like this below but different design, different colours, just the idea of part matte, part gloss.

Someone in Syd willing to give it a shot for me? I have the design mocked up etc, just hoping to get it done before NFR (on the gixxer, not the busa).

Its a vinyl decal I'm quite sure, like you see on bus's and cars etc.

What Dylan said.

Check out vinyl wrap, it's big with race teams in Europe and ethnics in the US

3 votes for what Dylan said. We do cars at work the same as that.

Or mask it off paint it with what you like with some flattening agent in the paint , the more you add the flatter it will be variable from low gloss to matt.

That does look good....Overall a little bit too Seppo Bling Bling but the body work is very tidy.
Dont be discouraged by the vinyl wrap though. If you get as good a result as paint with the added detail of computer graphics over airbrush its a good thing. There are very few people that can airbrush to a very high level and they will let you know about it with the invoice. Computer graphics a 12 year old can do.
