One of my boss's is an awesome tuner, he's in the US tho. Is that close to you?

Unfortunately I'm in the UK, personally if you don't have easy access to a dyno centre I would get yourself a PC5 and the expansion hub along with the auto tune add on. this will allow you to map the bike yourself using the auto tune wideband lambda. The wideband set up on the auto tune is very similar to the tuning link software that is used on the latest Dynojet250i dynos, and will allow you to run the bike and map to a target AFR. As your bike is a 2011 model the PC5 is available for your model.

With my limited knowledge of the subject, I believe a hybrid dinosaur / tuna fish would be very difficult to find. However I think it would look something like this -
