NFR 2011 Details /List updated 03/11/2011

As per usual the NFR will be at Cooma again this year on the second weekend of November. Which this year is the 11th 12th and 13th of November.
The main body will be leaving Pheasants Nest Servo nice and early Friday morning and taking the back roads down to Cooma.
We will be staying at the Alpine Hotel again and I will update how much when I get a rough estimate of how many are coming.
For those who have to work on Friday and coming down later, I will have your rooms ready for you when you arrive later on (As per last couple of years).
The plan is to ride there Friday have a few quiet ones Friday night, ride the Loop Saturday come back and we'll have a few light refreshing ales then the group dinner and presentations followed by a few more refreshing ales and then ride back on Sunday nice and hungover.
If you intend coming this is the thread to post your intentions.

There is a lock up garage
Rooms are share unless you specify otherwise
There will be a set menu for Saturday's Dinner

OK pricing for the weekend will be a similar deal to last year.

Accommodation will be $40 per head per night on a shared basis and a "Saturday night special" dinner at $25 per head with Bill providing lots of red wine. This year dinner will be a choice of Scotch Fillet or a Chicken Supreme with a dessert to follow.

As per last year we will be seated at a single table set up for the dinner and trophy presentations.

For the guys who want single rooms I ask for your patience and flexibility as we now have 31 members coming and my main priority is making sure everyone is fed and has a bed.
