Blue slip in syd/west-syd with yoshi's?

Just tried to get a blue slip for the busa, it's 100% stock except for yoshi's. The guy said he won't blueslip it with those on, and wanted full stock system... which I really cbf doing. I don't own a car so it's not as simple as going to borrow/find some stock pipes somewhere.

Anyone know someone that'll pass it as-is?

i just blueslipped my BUS 04 with yoshi's , i got my blueslip at a local garage as they dont really know any better , just a thourt saves putting the bike back to STOCK
