Bought a Vance & Hines from the states for my "92 Gixxer and surprise surprise the headers don't clear the larger sump of the "92

Anybody got any ideas/brands/makes they know for sure will fit.

After I questioned the supplier they spoke to V & H and they reckon they don't make an exhaust to suit the Large Sump models anymore GGGRRRR!!

Then why advertise they fit "88-'92 then retards???!!

Oh well I guess the Bandit gets the V & H for now!!!!!

Can you change the sump over from a different model

Yeah can do Rod but wanted the deeper sump for extra oil and also means I've got to change oil cooler lines and fittings.

It cost me approx $ 400 to fit the braided lines as it was and to modify back again is a big arse pain.

Thats why in the first place I went for new exhaust as V & H only cost just over 400 and it should have been just a simple bolt on thingamy.

Oh by the way the V & H is hanging next to the Titanium system I bought off you ages ago D'oh LOL! [:I]

Hey Rod thanks but thats the system I bought D'oH.

When I e-mailed Orient Express and suggested they should stop advertising that this system is not suitable for a Gixxer with the deep sump ('92)I haven't heard back, this was after Orient Express indicated they had spoken to Vance & Hines and they said they don't make a system that fits the deep sump anymore only bandit type or slabbie type blocks.
