Hi All

Seems I have had no luck with getting the hoses on my oil cooler crimped at the ends. Neither Pirtec Enzed or a couple of other hydraulic suppliers will do the job.

because of this I have decided to remove the oil cooler all together, bearing in mind, it is a watercooled engine so maybe it will be ok

has anyone done this and what adverse effects would this have apart from the obvious getting a little too hot??

appreciated

Ant

I used metric compression fittings and rubber fuel hose
then used a after market cooler

I would not recommend removing any factory fitted oil cooler.

If the bike didn't need it, it wouldn't be there.
