Hi all
Name is Rhys and I'm Melbourne based. I've got a little 1984 Yamaha SR250 Cafe Racer which is good fun, now (thanks to the tax man) I'm looking for a street fighter up to around $5,000. Am very new to this so that's about as detailed as it gets for now. Love the Z750 but don't want to stretch that far right now...any suggestions are welcome :)
This is the most recent shot of the 250, have since replaced the mirrors with a small round single...

Have thought about it, but since building the cafe i've moved into an apartment so don't have the room for a build really. And to be honest i kind of cbf doing another buiild right now. Just want to get something and enjoy it!

Welcome mate, My girl Has a SR 250 she built also. Nice bike.
You'll be able to get a nice fighter for five grand. Just be patient and hang around here for a while and someone will be bound to put there beloved up for sale.
There is a guy on here called Elapid who was selling a TRX. If you're upgrading from riding your SR 250 it may be a good step up. The TRX is a nice forgiving bike to ride and they sound pretty sexy.
