What's a tatty 1100 non-running Kat worth ?
"it needs some TLC and repairs"

..and is anyone here seriously bidding on it ?

Im interesed but will probably bail due to limited funds.
Dont want to bid against other members, or is it every man for himself ?

Only joking.

The Kat market (AFAIK) is biased towards whatever someone claims to be a "Bathurst" model or original Wire Wheel Kat, then Maybe Original Low K Kats,

That is neither.

A tatty looking non-runner,
Over $1000 with with 9 days still to go and reserve not met.

Will be interesting to see the final result.

I've always said If I had another Kat it'd need to be another SD.
("Black" motor, different pegs, normaly early GSXR style wheels)
Not really fussed about original wire wheel/Bathurst Kats just
something to strip and rebuild with a few updated bits.

Mmmmm.....
I wonder how much tax Im getting back this year ?

The going rate for a projecty type 1100 Kat is between $3 - $3.5K these days (measured by Ebay sales over the last 12 months or so)

FARK!

I'd be better off finding an aftermarket fibreglass fairing
and doing a few "tweeks" to a similar but less popular ESD frame!
Maybe im better off building a fake Kat?
