Im probably gonna regret this idea in a day or so,but i woke up this morning thinking that this will be a fairly quick build project, lets see in a few weeks, when nothings happened!!

Ive 3 gsx frames in my name,so the easist option is for me to modify a spare one to replicate this one, which entails removing the momoshock linkage and welding lock up strut top mounts to the frame. Then the frame can go off for blasting and powder coating. Easy so far.
Next up i think is the bodywork, again ive 3 tanks and numerous side panels to make a decent bodywork set. The bike was painted flourescent pink with flourescent green wheels when last on the road (sponsored from an adult entertainment shop....),but this time im thinking of going standard suzuki paint. Ive already ordered some double silver pinstripes off egay,in readiness for a red and black paint job like this beauty below.

I cant decide on if im going with white or black wheels?
That will give me a nice clean frame and shiny paint. Hmmmm....next up,the engine.
This should i hope be a nice easy task. Degrease, clean, degrease clean until spotless, spray with 2k gloss black. Drop the oil, take the sump off and give it a once over. New plugs, new oil etc.
Im thinking it'll be a paint and polish as i go,and not too stressful.
Its having no suspension on the back,a loud Star racing drag race exhaust,no clocks, and i cant think of much else its getting??
Oh,I made this a while back,so will fit it.

Other than that, maybe a bigger oil cooler, and job done.
It doesnt look to bad if you say it all quick!

Ive managed amongst other things to drag the replacement frame out, make up some new top mounts for the lock up struts, and thats about it for now. Hopefully, the frame and swingarm will be off o the powder coaters in the next day or so,although,i said the same thing last week!
