Slipping clutch GSXR 750 97

Hi all have a problem under full throttle with clutch. Have replaced plates, steels and Diaphragms. Adjusted free play in worm drive. Pulled down and it seems to have only 8 steels and 8 main clutch plates and 1 base clutch plate not the 9 steels and 9 main Clutch and 1 base clutch plate as listed in all manuals. Has any one else come up with this config?

600's had a shorter basket with less plates, maybe yours was replaced with 600 bits ??
are there wear marks on the outer basket beyond what your current setup is showing
you can shim the diaphram type springs or stack another in there , or replace with 2000+ 750 inner hub, outer cover and springs

Sorted problem, changed 2 thin steels for the thick ones. Raced at FX Formula OZ on weekend and no problems.
