A bit pricey, but I can't say I've seen one done before;

ive checked it out actually made an offer and yes its a special bike but its not a collectable its parts dont add up to that and you could build one for less im sure

an rc30 for 20k would be a much better option as in ten years time it would be worth double, this would be worth less than 10k Nice guy but I think he's kidding. It must be the Ex Car dealer coming out in him

oh and i believe those pics for the story on the bike are taken by Boxer

Why has he made next to no effort to sell this thing? Terrible Ad IMO.

Maybe his missus is trying to make him sell it hence why he isn't trying real hard

it does have some superb bits has genuine Yoshimura flatslides (4k but ten+ years ago), nice wheels(4k but ten+ years ago) an ex race engine of which he couldnt even tell me the specs in person (im 100%sure its legit 10 years old + but seriously) has modified the frame stiffened/braced everywhere and actually modified the uprights where the radiator is. Widened the tank to fit the carbies in. There is not much that isnt modified or changed and its a fucking nice bike, pure porn if you even remotely like Kats

The radiator (gsx400?) ISNT big enough and the bike can overheat,the frame couldnt take a standard available raditor so he had been talking to PWR about a custom radiator so you will need to get a bigger radiator, the bike will need to be engineered due to the frame mods and yes it isnt registered, he rides it on a trade plate ATM and there were a few other items that it needed but they were minor.

So add maybe 2-3grand more to get it right and road registered

It's a fucking nice bike but it's hard to put a price on one offs .....to me it's prob worth it but that's only cos I know how much it costs to build such a bike ...I can still see it from a buyers point of view though

It looks quite well done but I cant see $20k (starting bid)
If it floats your boat and your cashed up... ?

$20k would buy me an 1100 Kat that IS and WILL BE a classic
AND a tidy Mk1 Hayabusa.
