Hi guys,
i've got a black rear carrozzerria to suit a K4 gsxr 1000, the front is unrepairable so it's only the rear
I had it on my 88 model, asf award winning, rapid feature bike. You now have an opportunity to own a (very small) piece of history.
no pics at the moment, but it's a v track like in the link below. Only not new, and a bit dirtier.

http://forged-wheel.com/Wheels.htm

wheel is straight (held pressure in the tyre for about a year after the crash, until i let it down).
Needs a new rear brake carrier which can be bought new ($90)from carrozzerria - i left the disc lock on a few months before i crashed, not damaged in the crash.
Comes with cush drive/sprocket/rear disc.
some of the anodising had been rubbed off by the brake line - it was rubbing slightly on the wheel coming home one night, i put a rim sticker on it to cover it.
Looking for as close to $500 as i can get, cause i need cash to start my new project, a vfr 800.

being on a gsxr 1000 k4, it'd be a 17x6 inch rim, 28mm rear axle dia.

cheers.joe.

a little too big for my little sv650 then. I could rock a 5.5, but 6 is just that bit too big.

No offers? It's better on a bike than as a giant paperweight.

If it came out of the swinger I got from you Chris it will be 20mm axle and bolt in for gix1100 but do check with ben about weather he modded the wheel as putting a k series 6" wheel in that jmc arm was a huge headfuck that needed wheel and Cush drive molding heavely to get the chain run right

I don't know why it was a headache deano, as the arm was designed to take 6 inches (ahem). I'll ask Ben tomorrow, unless he chimes in here. I can't remember,I bought the wheels in 06 or 07.

Well if it's a bolt-in for me, i'm interested.

Do check with him as I had to bring the chain rum in about 10-15mm to get it all to line up and have the wheel in the centre of the arm

Just checked, as per Deano's headfuck, the wheel has been modded a bit by Ben. Which means it should fit your 1100 if your swingarm will take a 6 inch wheel.
