Fat bars look cooler but limit your riser selection. If you already have a 1 inch drop your going to need pretty high risers as well mate. Might need a custom job? Don't know any NT engineers but Benz might be able to help. Stabdard bars will give you a larger selection of riding positions as well - Straight / drag / standard / braced.

I run drag bars - especially good for taller folk. I'm 6'3" and renthals were a bit too high for me.

Standard diameter bars give you more choice for mirror mounts than fat bars too.

I used an ABM conversion. Good quality and came with new bolts
and spacers to remount ignition.
Supplied by Stu.
Standard kit risers pull back to miss the fairing so he changed them
for some more upright. Different raisers are available off the shelf.

Bars are Renthal "Streetfighter" bars. Narrower than Moto-X bars,
wider than Streetbars. 755mm end to end. Sent from UK, $120.

Mirror clamps are GSX14. Straight onto Busa Mastercylinders.

When you pick your bars, measure how much straight you need to take grips + switch gear
+ mastercylinder camps. Most dirtbike bars dont have enough. I know it sounds obvious,
but you wouldnt belive how many folk bolt it all up to find clutch and brake levers raise
when you pull them in ('cos clamps are on the begining of the bend)
Been there, done that!
